hexagram 19.5 < 60 should i try to sign up with a photography agency?

i, like many have been hit by the present restrictions that the Covid virus has imposed. My present work is stagnant and i am looking to branch out in different directions. My first step
was to possibly try and sign up with a photography agency. For
the last 5 years i have been working on my own. So i posed the qu to the Yi ‘should i try to sign up with a photography agency?’. I got hex 19.5 to 60. It seems very clear to me
that i should seek out able helpers. Wilhelm says if this line ‘

A prince, or anyone in a leading position, must have the wisdom to attract to himself people of ability who are expert in directing affairs. His wisdom consists both in selecting the right people and in allowing those chosen to have a free hand without interference from him.’

can anyone shed any additional light on this line in regard to my qu.

There's no harm in signing up is there ?

We don't need Yi approval for every action and you must never ever let a cast make you feel down. 19.5 is encouraging so unless there is good reason not to sign up then sign up. You can always turn it down later on if you don't like it.

It occurs to me something may turn up before you manage to sign up. I say that since so often I find 19 to show being approached.

Also 12. Stagnation can be describing a situation we ourselves need to put more energy into to get things moving.

I don't see this as giving you any reason not to sign up for a photo agency (I assume this means you'd be modelling? )

But perhaps it's offering you some advice: to make sure the whatever contract or agreement you make allows you the amount of control that you need - for example, is there flexibility in the types of jobs you take on?; and to consider the timing of this: does it tie you into a specific contract or timeframe, etc?

There may be other thinkg to consider: e.g. will this work bring you a certain level of satisfaction or joy - and how import is this to you? And does this offer you meaningful work - and how important is this to you as well?

thanks everyone. i love the take on hexagram 12. this is certainly my true of me. i have too many options and then act on none of them.
