Hello - I occasionally receive hexagram 1 with all lines changing regarding my career, but today received hexagram 2 all lines changing in response to a query regarding my increased involvement with a particular career path.
Any insights would be much appreciated, as I am at a loss to know how to interpret this.
Thank you!

Hexagram 2 indicates a greater opportunity for service. Hexagram 1, an opportunity for leadership. I don't cast again on the same subject until the situation has been fulfilled.

all lines changing in hex 1 or 2 has some special significance i think...there are threads here on it. Also I think Wilhelm has something to say about the special case of all lines changing in hex 1 and hex 2 at the end of text on each hex.

I have no idea what these special significances are but hope someone will point them out to you

oooh well I know hex 1 all lines changing gives line 1.7 'a flock of headless dragons' ,for hex 2 am not sure...hang on...okay.... it says in Wilhelm "when all lines are sixes it means Lasting Perseverance furthers. When nothing but sixes apppears, the hexagram of the Receptive changes into the Creative. By holding fast to what is right, it gains the power of enduring. There is indeed no advance but neither is there retrogression "

I find that statement not very meaningful but maybe others here can help enlighten
