Hexagram 2 (lines 3,4,5) > 31 for Job Interview

Hi, I got a reading of hexagram 2, with changing lines 3,4,5 transforming to 31. The question at hand is how will a particular job interview go if I do it. I do not know how to interpret it, and any help would be really welcome !
