Hexagram 31 Unchanging - move on?

I was hoping someone could help me here. This is my first post and am a little confused about what I should do next. I have a interesting friendship that turned into something more, and then back to friendship and then back to more. I'm not really sure if I should move on from this person as I'm not sure if they will ever commit and things have progressed slowly. I do have feelings for them. I asked If I should move on from this person and received hexagram 31 unchanging.

I am even more confused and not sure what it is telling me.

Any insight here?

Hexagram 31 unchanging shows a state of being wide open and sensitive. It can mean either joy or pain, usually tending more to pain, in my experience. In other words, the two of you are currently influencing each other in a mutual sort of way, and to end it would cause you pain.

To me 31 means to influence and or seduce. In the past when I received this hexagram I experienced playful reactions from the opposite sex. Therefore I believe the Book of Changes directly suggests to go on with this situation by seducing the other person while avoiding to answer you regarding if it should better to leave.

Its your life though, you go on and choose for yourself.

it's funny I am in a very similar situation, asked the same question and also got 31uc. Been struggling on how to interpret. Sorry to bump such an old thread, but thought it heartening to see someone else have the same experience.
