hexagram 40.1.2.3-55

I asked,
"Is she wrong?" and received 40.1.2.3-55

This isn't something I want to necessarily be wrong!
However, I feel like it is saying "Yes, she is wrong."

However, I asked "Is she right" and received 37.6-63, which says "With truth and confidence like authority."

I wonder now if the iChing is just reassuring me that she is correct.

Well, asking if someone else is wrong or right or vice versa can be a bit of subjective maelstrom because there might be so many unseen variables within each of you. But on the face of it, the Yi might be saying let go, there's no mistake here, on her part and/or from your perspective (40.1.2.3) and that she's being sincere (37.6).

Difficult to say for sure since there are no other details but that's how I'd see it.
