Hexagram 42.3.4 to 13

Hi everyone!

I started a new job about 4 months ago, that has played out to be very boring, and not at all what I was told it was going to be. I was mislead by a few things, and after repeated attempts to change the situation so that it works for me with my manager, I feel stuck in this place of feeling undervalued and underutilized.

I asked the oracle what the outcome would be if I started back on a job hunt and got hex 42.3.4 to 13.

Thoughts on this?

Hi there Indoort. Hexagram 13 has to do with connecting with like minded people, so you can say that that is what you want and can achieve. Line 42.4 seems to say that by being open about it you can shift the 'capital'... so yes, nothing wrong with having to change your situation. I think the outcome will be hex. 13 of having a better place to work at with people you can depend on. So good luck with it!

Job hunt will lead to 42 Increase, to contact with new people[13], to an open field[13] of opportunities.
.3 you had to experience current job in order to understand better what you need.
.4 now move on to greener pastures[13]
