Do these two contradict each other when drawn at the same time? 45 seems to indicate a coming together while 47 seems to suggest loneliness.

I asked the question about reuniting with someone very dear to me.

Apologies - I should more information down. I asked the iching about the prospects of getting back together with my ex girlfriend. We have been chatting more and more recently, it has rekindled old feelings and I think it has done the same for her...it's just that she wants to be independent but still keep me close.

Any help interpreting would be highly valued for me.

Looks like you need to let go and allow things to happen naturally. The background of 47 suggests a mental exhaustion and /or oppression about this issue that is unnecessary. So, try not to anticipate the future on this, don't interfere too much, just enjoy the communication as it is now, and let things take care of themselves. Nice and slow to establish the potential for a firm foundation, if that's where it leads.

If she wants to be independent then there's nothing more likely to make such a person more inclined to complete independence than by coming on too strong.
