When there are 3 changing lines , you should find your answer in the two changing lines of the base hexagram, and the hex code of the changing hexagram.
The line 5 says "A man’s supporters give him a valuable present, and it is difficult for him to refuse such kindness. You will have great luck." The hex code of Hex 60 says "A man saves things so excessively that he is suffering from pressure, this is not a good way." So I think I Ching suggests that you should give her a gift(maybe on her birthday or your love anniversary). Of course, you need to spend some money on this plan.

After reading your comment, I asked IChing: When is the best time for me to contact X? I received Hexagram 11 Unchanging. Your prediction is correct regarding hexagram 5. I have the intention of sending X flowers at her workplace. However, our annivesary/ birthday is in May/April respectively. So, it seems like I don't have a 'valid reason' to send her those gifts...

Hex 11 stands for prosperity, why? Because the upper trigram is Earth, the lower trigram is Heaven. According to I Ching's theory, Earth's moving direction is downward, Heaven's moving direction is upward. So in Hexagram 11, Earth and Heaven will move towards each other. Earth stands for Yin, Heaven stands for Yang, when Yin and Yang have interaction with each other, everything will be prosperous.
So I think you'd better get a response from her before sending a gift.
Besides, Hex 11 often stands for lunar January(about February Gregorian calendar), but I don't think it means that you should take actions till February, because it is a long time!

Hex 32 stands for permanence & perseverance, and the hex code of Hex 2 says "If you go in front, you will get lost; if you go behind, you will meet your host". So you may need to be patient.

Besides, please remember that I Ching is a book which can help you. You should not ask I Ching about everything in your life, otherwise you will become I Ching's servant, that is not the real intention of I Ching.
