Hexagram 5 UC for going to CA to Quarantine

I've been in a holding pattern here in Maui for a month. The weather has not allowed me to start my building project and still renting a vehicle instead of buying due to my undecidedness. I got a pretty good reading for going straight to OR that I posted here but my place to quarantine won't be ready there till almost May. Also, my car is in CA.
I asked about flying back from maui to CA a month ago and got a pretty risky reading and decided to stay then.

I recently had a friend tell me he had a whole empty cabin at his place in CA and no one is moving in till May 1st. I also came to the conclusion that i want to be close to my loved ones during this crisis despite being safer and mostly off grid here.

So i asked Yi:
"How would going to quarantine at X's in CA within the next 2 weeks, with the plan to go to OR after, instead of staying in Maui longer, affect my life?" Hex 5 UC
I read a lot of versions of Hexagram 5 and i get what it's saying about testing my sincerity of wanting to go by making me wait. The danger that could be hidden in the rainclouds. Being productive in the wait. Getting to the calm place inside before making a move. Also, "needing a change in the weather" and "fruitful to cross the great stream' really speak to me here.

Is there something in the Unchanging version of 5 that is unique?
I've been waiting and watching for the right time for a while already, albeit undecided if i should go at all. Now that i've gotten clear the Yi is advising i wait. The time window for the good quarantine spot is the 2 week period i asked about.. Maybe the may 1st renters will cancel?

I'm not seeing that the I Ching is telling you to wait, rather I think it is describing what the experience would be like in California. That is, your life would be in a waiting pattern in California. (Probably as is everyone's everywhere to some degree right now.) Another possibility is that it could be saying that you will be forced to wait where you are right now if you try to go (are planes allowed to be flying in?)
But anyway, I don't think the I Ching is warning you not to go.
A minor thought but I just didn't want you to be superstitious.

Thank you! I like that interpretation of it. Actually makes more sense as an answer to my question.
My biggest fear is being stuck in CA if they close the border to OR or forcibly restrict travel. This is why i included "with the plan of going to OR after" in the question.
Really hoping that it's not talking about that situation...
Planes out are going but the transportation to where my car is is shut down. I think i could figure that out though..
