Obviously, I've asked regarding receiving 10 elsewhere.

The response to How Best to Tread the Tiger's Tail ? is:

62.3 to 16.

Any thoughts appreciated.

Thank you.

If you continue on the way you've been going, someone you know is going to harm you. This is a complex line, but it is a warning to you to take precautions. As usual, sometimes it is difficult to know from which direction the trouble will be coming. In this case, the trouble is said to be coming from a subordinate.

Hexagram 62 line three counsels us to use a lot of caution. It warns us to be wary. This is the same advice to a certain extent that you get in hexagram 10 lines three and four in that we must use caution and circumspection in all our dealings with disinterested third parties. I does not mean suspicion and distrust, but a verifying of everything going on around you. The key here is first caution, and then protocol. You must use proper protocol in dealing with others, especially superiors, who might be monitoring your manners and your activities to see how well you can be trusted or dealt with. In hexagram sixty two we want to stay near the nest, not venture off too far, and our dealings should be only with those we trust and are akin to as much as possible. Do what is right and you are not likely to get hurt. Do not presume that you are wanted where you are not. Always use protocol.
