How can I overcome this very stressful situation?

hope you all help with your interpretation and would appreciate very much if you give me advice.

I have very stressful situation at work place and I asked advice from Yi to overcome.

got answer as below.

Hex 64.4 > Hex 4

As i see it, it is the time to have more awareness and should do work in balance.

.4 told me that

9 at 4: Determination auspicious, regrets disappear. Zhen benefits of attacking the Gui region. Three years he gets rewards in the big state.

It is worth to get regret at the present and after 3 years, it will become reward.

I see the I Ching as saying you are in a situation you had not anticipated and have no previous experience to guide you through it. It's as if your training was incomplete and you are now having to learn on the job. (Perhaps you were trained to do the work but not how to deal with the office dramas?) The I Ching advises that when you are in such a position the only thing to do is to persevere. Focus on doing the job you were hired to do and do not get distracted.

Your reading is so exactly and describing my current situation.

I was assigned new task from office to promote our training programs at workplace.

I didnt have any experience for marketing before and
that task still making me very stressful.

Also, sometimes I am facing with office dramas and i am about to resign from that work.
