1.- Actually, my interpretation is "talk with the board... don't waste your last chance to avoid lawsuit" Not only because Master Ni's comment about 23.6, but because my anterior post about Master Yu's comment... if you suit you could be defeated (23), better to seak peaceful arregment (2).

2.- Tendential hexagram is never a written fate.. is just a tendence. Changing Lines are advices about something you must understand both to achieve tendetial hex or to avoid tendential hex.

If you know tendential and "hidden" hexagrams, you can chose which one of those you want to achieve... and acts in consecuence.

I'm sorry, but I do not understand the use of the word "tendential"? I looked it up in a dictionary, but did not find it listed.

I apologize for my bad English. I was talking about the hex you can derived by changing the "Changing Lines" in your primary hexagram.
