At my question:"how to interpret the general attitude of Radu towards me?" and I received the answer hexagram 40.4 > 7.

This means that I should move on to make place for someone else in my life ? or he has some issues to work out?

Hi Tinetile,

In my readings, 40.4 to 7 plays out as something like:
"give the ok to someone you trust, and they'll take over in a successful way".

So I guess that Radu is counting on you for something - perhaps something of a practical nature.
He relies on you to sort something out, to help him with something.
Or, he relies on you to take the initiative instead of him, in the relationship.
