how to read with 4 changing lines?

Hey guys I was wondering how to read a reading that has 4 changing lines. It seems kind of ludicrous to take all 4 of them into account. Is there some way that this is done that I am not aware of? [for the record the reading was 57.1.2.4.5 -> 30]
