How to stop my depression? - Please help!

I am on a very hard personnal situation.

My parents are both sick and they need the help of my brother and me since 6 years ago. Also, my husband decided to leave me on January after 10 years of relationship and has no contact with me since then. We are still married but pending to get divorced.

I am on treatment with psycologists and with antidrepressive drug. Doing everything to feel me better but with no suscess.

I am very sad mostly for loosing my life partner and my for loosing my dream to have my own family.

I have performed some questions to the IC about the relationship with my husband as:

- What is the union between X and me?

- How are the feelings of X for me developing?

I know that IC is telling me that I need to be foccus on me in this situation but I am hopping to recover my marriage.
