have always some difficulties in geting the 7 significance..does it mean one needs discipline?
I am deeply involved in this business launch, and are putting all my energies and efforts in that. I am working at many details now, being coached, setting up a business plan, ect etc, so to be "mature" on all fronts for the day x...!

I like to use Hilary's method of the relating hexagram being the background (and perhaps focus in some cases) of the question. Hex 7 (the relating Hex) says this is about organization, a campaign directed toward your goal. Know what you're going for, strategize. Leave little of the unexpected to throw you.

Hex 11 indicates that you're ideas are in harmony with the moment - that's a good thing! Line 1 suggests that actions you take have more far reaching consequences (positive or negative) than you might imagine. So take it slowly - the fan yao 46 is "step by step" according to Lise.

Line 3 suggests there may be ups and downs like for any business, and plan accordingly. But since you're in harmony with the times, I'd feel confident about your ventures.

Don't worry about line 3 moving. I always get 11.3 when I'm trying to pin down the future. We cannot pin down the future. The line is a reminder to live in the NOW and don't worry about future gains and losses.

Organize yourself (H7) and benefits will flow to you (H11), particularly if you focus more on providing benefits to your customers/clients (Line 1) and less on your profits. Your profits come with the benefits you provide to others. Line 3 is a reminder that very little in life goes easily or in a straight line; there will be some hard times. It should go without saying, but we all need a reminder.

Time is a factor in a business: we always over-estimate what can be accomplished in 12 months, and under-estimate what can be accomplished in 12 years. So organize yourself so that you can survive the first few years...as you provide benefits to others, the benefits to you will flow.
