I just realized, reading into and trying to understand line 4 of hexagram 35, that a possible meaning of it, is showing someone compulsively trying to safeguard their being or gain honour . . by amassing goods, experiences, lovers, or anything else but, all the while, with their heart in the wrong place. As if, in trying to keep progressing they failed to look into the truth of their feelings and just went on doing something that has no importance anymore . . and then one day, brrrrrafffff!!! . . things around them collapse and they suddenly see amidst the rumble the true way ahead . .

hi Endless . . ehmm, actually anarchy was nowhere near my thoughts here, I mostly wanted to stress how the behavior exhibited in the line had no heart-connection anymore, it's more like doing something having forgotten why we are doing it in the first place

Good morning, rodaki ! Well, in my opinion, there's nothing to do with forgetting previous interest, but mostly inducing others to one's interest, and it has consequences. But, as all this happens in broad daylight, even if it leads to collapse, it's a good thing, something that allows the others to not follow the path eventually marked by the pretender.
Anarchy, as a moral and political way of thinking, is based on very simple and recognisable ideas that had an importance for the working class. Maybe you have already heard about Durruti, the spanish anarchist. I leave you a quote of his thinking:
'It is we [the workers] who built these palaces and cities, here in Spain and in America and everywhere. We, the workers. We can build others to take their place. And better ones! We are not in the least afraid of ruins. We are going to inherit the earth. There is not the slightest doubt about that. The bourgeoisie might blast and ruin its own world before it leaves the stage of history. We carry a new world here, in our hearts. [...] That world is growing in this minute.'

—Buenaventura Durruti

I hope this will serve to clarify my previous idea on 35.4>23 and the joy of building a new world.
Have a nice week,
Endless

35.4 I think is telling you that is not the right moment to advance, it is a moment to sit tight and assess your situation, leaving behind all those things that had not worked so far.
Sometimes, I get it when things are not moving as fast as I wish, or I want more than what I am getting, or when I start doing so many things at the same time but without finishing any of them that at the end just complicates the final result.
To me, it is a way the IC tells me to focus in what it is important, keep doing what is working without pushing/speeding things, and the most important thing to be patience. If I try to speed things up or push things to move in the way I wish, I tend to be in troubles at the end.
