I asked a strange question about a certain situation.
Sometimes did something to me at work and I struggle to understand the meaning of it. What she meant by that? It was a very twisted action and high can be seen as good intention and also as bad intention towards me and my current role security.
So I asked “shall I interpret her actions as this (xyz) ?” - it’s a long story that I have with this colleague so I am trying to keep it simple here. The answer was 30.3-21

Does it mean that - 30 clarity and intelligence - is telling me yes I understood right? Or it invites me to open my mind and look for clarity. Which in other words means my interpretation of her actions is not correct?

21- eradicated the issue
Perhaps it means cut the relationship with her and let it go? Face her, talk and solve the issue?

What do you think?

30 means clarity and awareness, 21 means biting through, getting to the heart of something. The line is this:
'In the clear light of the setting sun,
If not beating a pot and singing,
Then you will be making the lament of great old age.
Pitfall.'

Since it says "In the clear light," it sounds to me like you're right about (xyz).

It also seems to say something is ending (like the day ends when the sun sets), and if you don't do something now, with some enthusiasm, you'll regret it later.

That might mean do something about this before it's too late. But I wonder about the setting sun. Aren't you trying to leave your current company? What would you do if you knew you won't be there much longer?

Of course you probably don't know that, and you probably shouldn't assume it.

Beating the pot and singing is making noise. It doesn't sound to me like ignore it and let it go.
