I am seeing a psychiatrist this week to sort out a mood disorder ive been strugllign with for some time. this is in addition to behavioral therapy that i am beginning this week.
i asked the i ching if going on medication (that the psychiatrist will probably prescribe and will have a number of side effects) is a good idea for improving my life...
i received 35 changing to 14 through lines 1,2,3
Sounds positive as a whole and suggests that medication will help me, but 1 and 2 aren't wholly positive in my reading...does that suggests hardship from the medication or the overall process of changing my life? or should i see this as wholly positive?

Revisiting this reading, with the context of future events that have unfolded and i hope will unfold, i believe i have understood what this reading was saying...

There will be progress...

line 1: the medication treatment did not work well at first. it made me hyper and somewhat hypomanic. but i continued taking it and saw a doctor who realized it was related to lack of proper sleep cycles and gave me another medication that helped a great deal.

2: my psychiatrist has been very busy and it has been hard to schedule follow up appointments. i believe that eventually this problem will clear up and my treatment will be tweaked with good results.

3: good results will then be achieved, and along with the help of my therapist and the connections i have with friends and family my anxiety will fade, and my behavior and outlook will improve.

I will be happy, my anxieties fill fade, my mood swings will stop, and i will continue on the path to self improvement (curbing evil, furthering the good) and ultimately be in accord with the will of heaven (the expression of my true self and my right to be happy).

First, do not give up, believe because success will come in due course. But you must rely on your doctor to help you get through this, at first the medication maybe not quite right, but there is a need for trial and error in prescribing medication and your doctor will get it right, so rest assured of that fact. And finally Hex 14, the completion, the happy outcome.
