That is a very general question.
44 speaks about feminine qualities, so in connection with a cooking pot I would say that you need to cook more?
Internal hexagram for 44 is 1(Creative), so be more creative in your cooking?
Also you can imagine that 1st line is the bottom of the pot, and 5 other lines are different ingredients.
So maybe you will soon discover/use a recipe for a soup with 5 key ingredients?

I specialize in whipping together 20 minute meals, just following my instincts. Not that all turn out to be wonderful, in fact I've put together some real stinkers from time to time 
. Some ingredients just don't work well with others, i.e. I've had poor results using cilantro and garlic, or overdoing cilantro. Not saying they can never work well in proper proportion, I've just not had much luck with them together. It takes some experimenting and trusting your instincts. But I've received many compliments "throwing meals together" simply relying on passion and risk. My Italian grandmother was famous for this, and when asked for her recipes, her typical response was "maaah! A lil a dissa, some a datta, and a kooka slow." Not so different with loving really.

The key points I've mentioned sync with key symbolic meanings of 44: passion, instincts, abandoning proper rules. I think it's not the meaning that's missing but how and what to apply them to, and for that I agree with ashteroid: it's something only you could know.
Something else to consider is your emotional response or reaction to and in your dream.
What i love really is Writing... and yesterday I watched this video by David Wilcock about a hero´s quest/journey and that there is a certain Blueprint to follow , does i ching give me a hint how and what to write about???

As an ex song writer, I learned that I'd have to piss my wife off to write about my passions, or to write passionately. Many nights after a gig there'd be a woman I'd meet or just observed in the audience, who would arouse me enough to write a passionate song on the spot. Or, I could write safe songs that wouldn't make her jealous or suspicious. Unfortunately, I stayed on the safe side and transmuted the words to express those passionate feelings in a philosophical way, when in actuality, the days of those early 60's idealistic songs were already passe', such as those written and sung by Dylan, Joan Baez and other folk singers. Meanwhile Dylan had moved on to songs like Lay Lady Lay, Just like a Woman, and other more 44-ish songs, and the whole song writing business leaned in that direction. Or like the Beatles, moving from I Wanna Hold Your Hand to the Rubber Soul album, which was very 44-ish in lyrical content as well as musical timbre. In plain English: naughty.
So, you might consider, that the proverbial Hero's Journey often goes beyond convention and safety nets of morality, and writes from the heart, soul, gut and groin of their real self, including those seamy sides of the human psyche and experience. Jimi Hendrix said to "let your freak flag fly", and he was a 44 hero to me and millions of others.

What is the meaning of 'cooking pots'?

What is cooking inside you? Do you have a resolution to complete a major writing project? The plural suggests projects in competition -- too many pots on the stove. Maybe best to focus on one. 44 is perfect for writing. Visually it is the image of a plastron (tail end down), ready for inscription.
