what does she want ask me? yi answered with a 28

well i looked every where to find a reasonable input about the upcoming question... but nothing....

you shouldn't be . . 28 is about a strong line between two 'receivers' (1st and 6th) . . if one of the ends doesn't get the message then it breaks . . very much like a phone line imo, where both sides need to be open to hear what's been said . . if not then you get a communication breakdown (reminds me of a playful version of it, in greek we call it 'broken phone' in english they call it 'chinese whispers').
But the Image (Bradford's translation) reads:

that's why there's no point in fretting too much over this . . the world might need a change and it could happen thru a crack - having someplace to go means you might even use this as a breakthrough, which, on its own, is neither good nor bad
