The new conspiracy............It was planned to have all the poor and Black People removed from New Orleans by the powers in control as it was known the weakness of the levies would free the land stimulate new investment in a dieing city.

This is the line or similar retoric which will come from the agitators at large, the true terrorists which seem intent on creating truth in what cannot possibility be accepted as truth. To create disention and civil unrest in a terrible tragedy.

I refuse to believe any of what is about to be alledged.

It wil be intresting to see who does accept resopnsibility.

Actually, if there's is any conspiracy and what's evident from all the news pictures and reportage is the lack of ANY planning for a situation like this... The storm may have been God's will but the aftermath, what the people there is living and suffering in that hell hole, is man made and gross negligence on the part of the federal government that has, consistently in recent years, cut funding for the maintenance and upgrading of the city's levees...

Yes Louis, this is the exact tact those great thinkers will jump on and do battle with. Gross neglect is not conspiratory in nature unless it is a planned neglect.
