I agree this is a very puzzling reading, the idea that after everything you're saying has already gone on, her reaction to a step of escalation can be described like this. Do you think it could it mean she will "evaporate" (wilt) when faced with actual opposition? As bullies sometimes do, if she can be described as one?

27 as the relating hexagram...nourishment, digesting, what's taken in and put out. The oracle text says "see the jaws," which Hilary says is "to become aware."

27's Image says, "A noble one reflects on his words in conversation, And is discriminating about what he eats and drinks." This may be too simplistic and/or plain invalid, but - "reflects on" in the zhi gua for a moving line that's about something glistening? Could this mean you'd attract her attention, as a shiny object would, and cause her to think, digest, turn it all over in her mind, something like that?

This sounds like a big step, though. I'm nervous about drawing conclusions too fast that Yi is saying go ahead.
