I´m having interpretation problems. For example, You ask "should I start a new research project?" and get 62.1, "the young bird in his flight meets misfortune" and changes to 55- abundance.

This means that if I follow 62.1 I´ll meet 55. Right.
BUT, following 62.1 means "flying and meeting misfortune" or "listening to the warning and staying in the nest"?

My point is: Do we have to act like the lines, or they´re just a warning/opinion?

I would not interpret 62.1 in this way.
In this case I'd say 62.1 is a warning you are not fully prepared for the task.
I.E. first learn to fly, then fly, Bradford's translation is clear:

62.1x
A flying bird on the way to misfortune:
Seeming ill-suited to the task

So the suggestion is : do not start the project until you are ready and fully qualified to do it.

Hope it's clear, if you follow the line you will meet misfortune, it is obviously a warning against acting this way.
