The 29.4.6 and 5 it doesn’t not mean bad things. I read about danger and several difficulties in 29 and about waiting in 5. So not sure what the I Ching is trying to suggest.I think you should focus soley on the interview rather than jump ahead into trying to get predictions about a role you do not whether you will even get or not.
Look at the reading 29.4.6>5 it's a time to stay awake and alert not fall into happy visions of what it will be like. You can do that after you actually get the job.
For sure do your research beforehand, perhaps expect things coming at you in the interview you didn't expect. I feel this is advice to wake up not lose yourself in excitement.
Thank youI don't think the I Ching 'tries' to say anything, we consult and try to interpret.
I know that lines don't just mean 'bad things' and I haven't said that at all
If you get 29 before an interview you need to be wide awake to roll with it - I don't think you should interpret it as not to accept the role because you will encounter danger and difficulties. I mean we have to be sensible, you can't turn down a well paid job because of an I Ching answer you don't understand.
It may refer to the future of the job but you haven't even got the job yet so why think of that. Get the job first before asking questions that are way ahead of yourself.
Your main focus needs to be the interview, on what's immediately ahead of you. it may turn out that when you know more about the job you won't want it and lets face it 29.6 isn't the prettiest line to get, it speaks of entrapment for a set period of time, can be suffering for a period of time.
But you have an opportunity, you don't really know yet what it all entails - there's no way I would say to you 'aaarchhh no don't go to the interview the job won't be any good' because that would be a very negative approach and I think a rather pointless one. You need to see for yourself how much this job would do for you so practically the next step is to stay wide awake on the interview and then if you get the job then decide if you want it.
