Here is one of my anxieties: I can't look at myself in the mirror
anymore, it causes me lots of pain.

I asked What is my best course of action wrt my face?

Got 23, the image of knife. It seems to talk about the surgery.
I suspect it just reflects my thoughts back to me.

What do you think?

Your negative thoughts are trying to get the better of you, they are eating away at your confidence in yourself, still your thoughts, as plastic surgery serves no purpose at this time.
