I know it’s a spying on someone and I’m not supposed to ask about someone else’s “feelings”. But..
55 1. Looks like my pet got all he needed when he met me and he is happy for the time being, continuing caring for him in the same way will keep him happy.
55 following from 54 - he is with me where he belongs.
I wonder about 62. He has consistent meals with all the necessary nutrients and regular cleaning. His corner has all basics he needs, not much extra. He doesn’t have a cage and goes where he wants.

I think that "rule" is more for when people do readings without bothering to do other things that might be more sensible or better, like spending time with someone and having conversations to find out their feelings.

You can't talk to a guinea pig (or a baby etc.), so personally I don't see anything wrong with this question. I mean, pets can give indications about how they feel and that should be paid attention to and Yi is not a substitute for observation and vet care, but sincere questions can be a good supplement I'd think.

I don't have ideas about your reading, though. Something that lasts or should last for a period of time but not longer...keep an eye on him, I guess.

Thank you! He shows all the signs of a happy Guinea pig and has vet visits 2x year set up.
My question was more like “is he emotionally happy”.
Time frame -wise: at the shelter they said he’s about 1yo but then they put 1yo for all adult Guinea pigs I see there. He might be older and not have what I’m hoping 6-7 years with me. Vet said he’s young adult.

Hello Liolik,
It looks like you did a very good thing when you adopted a rescue piggie from the shelter, it is good that there are kind pepole like you who care for animals in need ❤
As a guinea pig owner, I would recommend to get a second piggie, as they really like company of other piggies. This could be in line 1 of 55 "meets his corresponding lord" ( but is really just my personal opinion 😀)
Best wishes to you and your piggie!

Thank you :) I thought of that too. Lord in line 1 is more like a master, that’s what I gathered from the wikiwing. It doesn’t come across like a partner. One is superior to the other but they interact like equals? That makes me think about him coming to nap next to me in bed, he has his own pillow and blanket.. (he’s fully potty trained and gets off when he needs to go..)

I just asked what if I get him a companion. 26 1.3 4 doesn’t read too well for now, 26.1. There’s something wrong and 26.3. it’s better leave him to his own devices for now. 4- I should stop asking 😬

I didn't even know you could train a guinea pig like that. :)

Hi Liolik,

sounds like your piggie is very comfortable with you :)
As for a companion piggie it is not something that you need / should decide in a rush, after all it is another member of the family, so needs to be considered carefully. I am sure that since you are very mindful of your piggies happiness and wellbeing, you will know by yourself when is the right time / the right companion. That might be what 26 1.3.4 could be saying - it goes from desisting, over awareness of danger to good fortune. (Incidentally, I feel that the "headboard of a young bull" might be a pointer to finding a neutered male).

Hex 4 btw, I do not think it often really means "stop asking questions", I think that often it means that someone is at the beginning of something, and has not all knowledge yet to make all decisions - which could be the case for you, pointing out it may be too early for this decision.

Wishing the best for you and your piggie!

Thank you @angelatlantis14 your explanation actually resonates better. I am always on the lookout for a pig in distress needing a foster. If another piggie’s soul needs to be in my life, I doubt I can resist.
