This is interesting, certainly the current situation is one of erosion to the economy, the changing line of six suggests that observing the rules and regulations carefully allows one to succeed, which indicates my position within the decision making context.
The large fruit remaining uneaten suggests that it is a good idea, but it has not been adopted by the powers that be. Thus only those with the ability to take the best from the erosion will succeed, whilst those who are not able to take the best will lose their house.
I conclude therefore that whilst it is a good idea, the question of my position in regards to getting it enacted and my ability to make the most of things if it is not, hangs in the balance.
