Job abroad

It is going in my habit to read for another,

I ask question for my friend who is searching job abroad, in western europe, and he got contract with one company;

1. what he can expect from this project?

2. will he go as it was told in agreement?

I think that it does not look good, he will have to quit, and 21 maybe mean that it is some sort of fraud and everything will finish in the court.
