Further to this thread https://www.onlineclarity.co.uk/friends/index.php?threads/a-job-offer-49-43.29991/
I haven't been offered a job YET not even a job interview but I have applied for 2 jobs in the last 5 days as things seem to be picking up in employment post COV19. Both jobs are jobs I would definitely like but I've made it clear in my application what my expectations are. There's no point in changing jobs if it's going to end up the same as I'm in now.
I have returned to my former job with a different attitude but unfortunately no matter what my boss's toxic energy has an effect on me and I just hope I can find another job asap.

What success can I expect from my job application withe ST Bernards - 11.2.3>24

This reading actually looks like it's a reflection of my present workplace - well Line 1... looks like I may have an interview at the very least but Line 3 looks like I'll be back to square one and remaining in my present workplace.

What success can I expect from my job with KFDC - 23.3.4>56

This reading doesn't look all that great either except if it is an organisation that wants to revamp or similar their organisation.

Advance through Turning Back
The context of your reading regarding the success you can expect from this job application is one of 'turning back the clock' to how things were (24). You can expect success from this job application if you are able to overcome long-standing resentments and taking a new approach; jettisoning things that have held you back in the past (11).
11.2 - Success would be to be tolerant and open-minded, see the good in people and the organisation. Use your past experience to identify issues early on and nip them in the bud.
11.3 - Success would be to remember, good times can turn to bad, and bad times eventually can come good.

Falling Away through Travelling
The context of your reading regarding the success you can expect from this job application is that you and the organisation are in a state of transition. Success here may only be temporary for you however it offers a new aspect for you to embrace(56). Currently, this job application may not give you the foundations you are looking for at this time. You can expect success from this job application if you are clear in yourself as to your expectations and have patience if these do not align with the job spec (23).

23.1 - Success would be to not compromise your integrity while maintaining positive connections.
23.4 - Success would be recognising early if things begin to go pear shape with this application.

It looks like each job application is a learning opportunity for you.

Good Luck

hi,

11 and line 2 are you expressing the gumption to go apply.

Line 3 is a line of consolation.
24 heads back home.

Thanks my_key - since posting this thread and not hearing back from either and in lieu of my current living circumstances I've started to think ' Oh no here we go again, same old, same old - always on the lookout for a job and/or a new place to live....the problem is I need both but now I hesitate to do anything about it, even if these organisations do ring me, in my heart I know I'm very hesitant lest things turn out the same.
Something you said here though Falling away while Travelling - that's about where I'm at buying a camper van and travelling unless and until....

Thanks moss elk - definitely the gumption to apply considering I don't have the right qualifications although the right experience.
Oh I wonder what the consolation could be???

Hex 24 - coming back home may be the fact that it's a nature based child care and my life is 80% about being in Nature and living a natural life so it would make me feel very at home in my heart in that sense.

Consolation itself is the thing.

Console: to comfort (someone) at a time of grief or disappointment.

It's not referencing a consolation prize.

Gotcha! Yes that's how it feels - just let it go and console myself that it just wasn't the right job for me....
