Starting a new promising job - there's a bit of risk factor for me re the contract

What do I need to know about the risk of signing this contract
Hexagram 12 Unchanging
I'm not sure what this means - a Standstill - I guess it could mean I'll be stopping in one place for a while. Obviously I do like to be on the move and see new places etc.

What is the benefit (for me) of signing this contract
Hexagram 11.2>36

Line 2 - I have felt 'desolate' for a while in some ways. There's gains and losses by taking up the job and moving elsewhere. No I won't be abandoning my friends, I'll just be 'disappearing' for a while. Nothing new there - they're used to it.

I'm getting a bit nervous about going to this job. I won't have my vehicle and it's in an isolated area in the outback.
I've been in this position before and it didn't turn out great at all. The only difference is this time I'm not self employed or out there with no backup as such BUT they are other employees I don't actually know.

How will I manage without having my own vehicle
AGAIN 11.2>36

I feel like this reading is saying go with the flow but be aware.

Line 2 - seems pretty apt now that I'm here at the new job.
I made it clear I'm going to do what's best for me and my values as well as happy to compromise where necessary and accept things aren't as ideal as I'd like. ie. the accommodation is better than I expected BUT it needs a good clean. Not grotty but yes a good clean. I may be working mostly with a child that has issues and I've kind of avoided working with such children in the past but again I'm okay with that unless and until.
