Job interview Hex 44.3.4.5 changing to 4

Hi there,

On March I shared on the blog about cancelling an interview for various reasons see link below (sorry dont know how to make the url smaller).

So ching said wait suitable job came up. A couple of days later a job came up that I really wanted but didnt think i had a chance for and I applied and got an interview. It was an assessment with interview and although I did well in some parts i fell down in other parts and didnt show my capabilities or ability to do the job.

I sort of know that its written off but I really wanted it even though it was 3hr commute. I thought i would ask the iching is there a slight chance I get this job?. So i got hex 44.3.4.5 changing to hex 4.

I would be very interested to know what you think and would be very grateful for any insight.

Wishing for a more positive reading on my current issue i rephrased my question and asked the iching if i would have a second shot at this job (or could be a similar type as quite specialised)

I got 42.1.5 to 23. 42 Increasing changing to 23 stripping away. It seems more optimistic. however this new reading not only conflicts or at a juxtaposition to the first reading but also within the two hexagram oracles 42 to 23.

42 Oracle
‘Increasing, fruitful to have a direction to go.
Fruitful to cross the great river.’

23 Oracle
‘Stripping away.
Fruitless to have a direction to go.’

So what I am thinking as i nee to read these as 42 is present and the near future is 23 So how would i interpret this and would I read and connect to the earlier reading 44 to 4 and the reading I did in march (Getting back to paid employment 33.3.4.6 changing to 8).

Be pleased to hear how I should interpret or read this...
