As of recent I haven been job seeking, and I really would like to get as good offer but what I have is a really average offer with some caveats,anyway I haven't been working in some couple weeks but I am wondering and so I have asked to the iching
Would this be a good job offering that I might receiving in the few days?
Iching gave me 8.3.5
8.3 would mean sometimes association with witgh people whose thought or beliefs don't align with you otther times answer has been for times there isn't good communication between someone you like
8.5 would mean that sometimes people has to follow your ideas to be able to reach a good outcome,or perhaps there is only 1 out of 3 smjob offers which might be successful for what I am asking
What do you think?
Also I have been thinking about talking to them about a proper payment method because they have been offering a really ridiculous bi weekly payment 70% and a 30% after the testing have been done and I believe this is nonsense as they think this would work at all this only causes that I don't get paid 15% off my overall wage and I need them to pay this a most employers would 100% off the bi weekly payment not in fragments
