Hello,

I have been looking for a change from a very stressful job and have two job offers...I am really confused and dont want to again get into a job which would be very stressful. I asked tpday
Job A
Should I join Job A
64.1.3 changing into 14

How do you foresee my ist yr in Job A
Hexagram 60 unchanging"limits and connection"

Should I join Job B
19.4 changing into 54

How do you foresee my ist yr in Job B
Hexagram 21 unchanging" cutting through"

I am thoroughly confused.. Pl Help

Job A looks problematic and your first year there cannot be foretold.

19.4 is promising for Job B and so is hexagram 21 unchanging.

Thanks just to give a better insight on the jobs

job A- more relaxed and casual/sounds too good to be true/more money, profile- easy to accomplish goals and succeed/not very structured and not very professional

job B- very professional and structured/ more formal/less money/difficult to accomplish goals and succeed/ better culture

I am very confused

Thanks,
Capri

Job A: 63.1.3

Line one moving signifies some humiliation or loss of credibility. And line 3 moving signifies a state where something is completed and yet "the crossing is incomplete" -- what we did was not sufficient. It is a very unresolved line and for that reason I think the lack of structure at Job A will not be good for you.

Job B is much preferable. Line 19.4 -- 'a perfect approach, no error' -- So despite the more formal and structured environment, it works out better for you.

Sometimes in working with the I Ching we can become frustrated that one option does not seem that much better than the other one, but that is not true in this case.
