Lesson learned from relationship - 3.5>24

I just got over a pretty tough break-up and had consulted the I-Ching with the question "What lesson am I learning with this experience?" The reading I got was 3.5 to 24.

I'm still meditating on what this means, my interpretation is, considering I'm leaving off to college, the attitude I must learn is one of independence, but at the same time stick to the mutual friends that didn't abandon me?

Very new to all of this, and only now am I getting confident enough to share. Could anyone clear this up for me?

Hi whizy, My interpretation of this is Line 5 that taking the time to get over the breakup and not trying to force or even surpress the grief in letting go of it has held you in good steed. Hex 24 returning to self is always, always a good thing. - Liss

It's just been a confusing experience because he's been saying I dumped him, I asked the i-ching about this as well and the response I got was 59.2>20
