Look for New Job or Stay Where I Am ? - 46.5 > 48 and 22.5 >5

Hello Everyone! I'm still fairly new to Clarity, but I have already received some phenomenal support and interpretations from you on some very important issues. I know you can help me with this predicament as well. My current job is a commission only sales job, and I'm not making enough money working there. I have been considering looking for another job, so I asked the I Ching about both scenarios, staying at my current job and looking for a new job. So I worded the two following questions as follows.

"What will looking for a new job bring into my life?" and I received 46.5 > 48

"What will staying at my current job bring into my life?" and I received 22.5 >5

I hope one or both of these is auspicious for money! Does the first reading suggest I may find new work with more money? Any ideas are greatly appreciated! Thank you so much in advance.

Wouldn't it be swell if the seeker of employment received a job offer ... that too could happen ... and with more money. I'd say both castings look good, preferably 46.5>48 if you must make a choice between the two ... but you're the ultimate decision maker.

I hope you are right. It has been a rough year, and really need things to start turning around. I wish I understood where you were getting that from ? I saw 46.5 > 48 as possibly positive as well, but to be honest I didn't see 22.5 > 5 as anything to get excited about. Actually looked discouraging to me but, I am still new to this, and sometimes the meaning is obvious and other times . Its tricky to figure it out sometimes, especially the changing lines for me.

There's work to be done. The process of "looking" requires some networking skills and getting in touch with the right people. i.e. you will get to know some VIPs.

Thank you Tifia. I believe that is the third or fourth time you have responded to my post, and always have some great insight. Applying for jobs is like sending your resume into a black hole. And this job I have does just kind of keep me afloat. So, it makes sense that networking is the way to go. I'm not even going to waste my time any more with sending in applications online. That also makes sense with the idea Themis had that I might get a job offer. Netwoking it is!:bows:

Well, it has been about 2 weeks since I originally posted this, and I just wanted to give an update. I have been looking for other employment, and seems promising. I was offered a position with another company making twice as much as I am making now! Good call Themis! I am actually more interested in another job that doesn't pay as much as the first, but would be more rewarding for me. Thank you Tifa! Has been some networking involved and this has been much more effective. I haven't been given the position yet, but will update again when the outcome is clear.
