Lost I Ching book 10>41

I have a friend who is 84 years old who recently experienced not one, but two major floods in her home.
She lost a lot of possessions in the floods and the other day she was talking about it a particular I Ching book she was given a long time ago.
At this point she hasn't come across it but her and her husband are still slowly going through the mess you can imagine the flood caused.
What do I need to know about her book still being accessible to her 10.4.5>41

Tread carefully and it will be found.
I'm assuming that is because the flooring in the studio the books were could still hazardous.

Not sure about the reading. 41 sounds like the emptying-out they're doing. First reaction is Yi's declining to say much more than that's how they'll find out.

Wonder if line 5 might mean just it's not a good idea to tell her you think Yi says it'll be found (in any sort of usable condition)? If that's true she'll make the happy discovery herself. If it's not true it'd be even more disappointing.

Thank you Liselle- she's already had to come to terms with so much loss I think she'll be okay either way but I won't mention the reading.

What do I need to know about the book still being usable once found.....55.1.3>16

It will be slightly damaged but still possible to use

Incidently, her husband is 18 years younger than her and they have been together since he was 24 and she was 42 years old.
When she met him she had 8 children and then she had one with him.
