Lost passport

The image for 35 is of the sun rising up in the sky. This is why I interpret the hexagram as indicating the passport is not on this earth (…). The advice according to Wilhelm is that “The superior man himself brighten his bright virtue,” thus suggesting that it will be up to you to generate a new one.

The lines are encouraging that this will not be too hard to do

@rosada was right all the way. I lost no time and with lots of persistence was surprisingly able to secure an appointment to submit my application shortly after. I am now the proud owner of a brand new passport

As for the old one… still missing.
