Love/Relationship reading 44.5.6>32 and 35.4.5.6>8

I am quite new here, sorry for my English..

I am fascinated by IChing, but I am newbie (still learning) , so some readings are still quite not understandable to interpret them on my own.

Here is a background of my situation Iam struggling from months (almost a year now). I am single and wanted to know if and how I meet my next partner? Additionally, I am interested in somebody at my work, but he has a girlfriend. He is also interested in me (I am sure I can read signs, there is a great chemistry and pull in each other's direction, but it is like a taboo theme in the outside world for us) , but like I said the situation is stuck in the darkness from months. I am not quite sure if there will be progress someday or if there's someone new who will catch my attention in the nearest future? I have requested IChing twice about same situation, months ago at the beginning and now.

First reading was 44.5.6>32

Second reading is 35.4.5.6>8

What is catching my attention in both readings there is "horn" theme

44.6 " he come meet with his horns"
35.6 "advancing with horns"

I can see a correlation here!?

I will be grateful about some insights regarding these both readings from more experienced members

The situation with coworker Is only a background of current situation, maybe iching refers to this guy

I agree, these hexagrams seem to be referring to your friend at work, 44.5 someone friendly who acts in a friendly manner, but 44.6 warns you against trying to disrupt his current relationships. 32. seems to warn this infatuation could continue for some time and also that you want to keep your job and thus will be having to work with this guy. You don't want to make a move and be shamed for it!
So what does this mean as an answer to your question? Perhaps it's saying that as long as you continue to fantasizes about your co-worker you are blocking awareness of alternative possibilities? Or is it saying you'll meet a new partner while you are obsessing about your office crush? hmm..
Either way, with 44.6 saying any aggressive movement brings shame, I'd be really, really careful not to be the first one to make a move here.

Saturn is at the last degrees of the sign it's in until 2023. This suggests things coming to completion making this a good time for planning - but not initiating - new ventures. This suggests their relationship may be coming to the end of a significant phase and the time for them to make a decision - like either to commit more fully to the partnership or break-up. This refers perfectly to my Situation. Thank you. And yes.. he has a friend! and he started to help him at work, I had a really nice and warm conversations with him, but the original guy seemed to becoming angry seeing us together, acting in a strange way and since then his friend never showed up to help us at work. I am confused. I am also not a Person who wants break someone's relationship, but asking I Ching if he will break up with his gf?

Actually, it's funny, he said that his landlord has to sell his apartment so he is looking for new apartment in the next months, as soon as possible. I know that he is living with his gf in an old apartment . I am not sure if it will be a good timing to adjust the changes?
