Make Contact? 12.4.5 to 23 & 3.3.4 to 49

Good Evening,

I've been talking to a girl online and we first hit it off but later got into a fight and currently not speaking to each other. Part of me feels like I want to reach out and apologize for my share of mistakes, but another part of me feels I should just drop this, accept the lessons, and move on.
I should add that part of the fight came from being pressured into doing something I did not want to do.

UPDATE

Did more searching on the internet about x, and I found out some unsavory facts -- enough to convince myself to not bother with x anymore and move on.
Never made contact with x since posting the original post to the forum, and choosing not to contact x in the future.

I feel the first cast is best read as blockages causing splitting apart.
I feel the second cast was warning me not to contact x because I don't know enough about x yet (3.3) but that soon I would find the information I need to make a decision (3.4). Hexagram 49 signifies perhaps my radical shift from wanting to contact x to wanting nothing to do with x.
