Trying to figure out how better to make ends meet. Asked about making money and got

It sounds like: "Patience. It's going to be a bumpy road but if you just keep going and doing what you're doing, plodding forward, it'll be all right. It will end well." That's how I see it. Other thoughts?

not sure what's your situation but would probably read line 3 as advice to look after some savings and eventually there will be good fortune (prosperity) - but maybe to maintain this position it's important to stay or become generous as well (from the image of 23 Thus those above can ensure their position Only by giving generously to those below.)?

Perhaps 53.3 is encouraging you not to feel you obligated to spend money. The "robbers" could be the advertisements that make us feel we ought to buy all sorts of things we don't really need.

As for "giving generously to those below" , I think whenever one spends money it is only natural to feel a bit worried about it if you are concerned about having enough. This fear makes the whole transaction very uncomfortable so you know how the unconscious fixes that problem? It makes sure you have no money! That way you'll never have to get stressed out spending again! Problem solved! Ha!
So make sure when ever you give money to others for whatever reason you think in your mind, "What fun it is to help make this person feel successful! How delightful that God has cast me in the role of Patron!" I think there is a Flow and if you become a source of blessings for others, the angels send more to you, knowing you'll make sure the excess gets to those who need it. So Strip Away all your excesses and pass on what you can to the local Salvation Army.

53.5 Is a wonderful omen for eventual success.
