Matters coming to a head...help!

I had a meltdown and could use some advice as my job is pending. There are some major changes about to take place and my job is in question. So I asked Yi:
Will I be able to keep my job at the hotel? and got 19.1.4 > 40.I am perplexed withHex 40 Deliverance. It reflects the heaviness surrounding my situation, but does the outcome appear positive or negative? Feedback welcome!

I am feeling quite hurt that no one has stepped up to the plate to offer any feedback. I've been generously helped by questions in the past... but this situation has me on tender hooks and I am feelling very volatile. God, my life is going to hell in a handbasket here! Is there something I need to know as to why my question is being ignored? Perhaps I should participate more often in others situations?

I don't think that you have a problem.

Thanks for the clarification Willowfox. I have had some difficulty understanding Deliverance - Hex 40, but will simply take it at face value. Everything is about to come to a rolling boil this week.Thanks again.

Thats what it seems to say

19 is the approach of somthing...
somthing great. (I don't think it nessecarly has to be GREAT though)

and the situation leads to a release of tension.
When things are OK. When one can do what one likes.

What do you think it might mean ? I don't mean to sound awkward but it seems pointless just telling questioners here what we think their readings mean. This isn't personal to you, I've been thinking for a while I reckon its a good idea people come up with their own interpretation first, then maybe we can help.

I will attempt, in future, to give MY own interpretation and see how it resonates with the community. Good advice - thanks Trojan.
