Meaning of Hex 48- The Well

In relation to a question on whether I should change my career (not to a completely unrelated field , but to a specialized area somewhat related to what I am doing currently), I got the result 45.

I read the interpretation, but it was not clear if this means a yes.

Any comments will be appreciated.

Hex 48 indicates yes, because this hex can indeed refer to specialization in a subject, to use one's education and talents in a deeper way. Plus specialization requires devotion, and attention to detail, you would be replenishing your knowledge as you went along.

So, again yes it would work out fine.
