I've started a 4 week daily meditation, meant to transform habitual feelings and thought patterns. Yesterday I focused on sadness and today it was resentment and regret. I'll continue on like this, not just during meditation but throughout the day too. I asked the I Ching how my meditation practice would affect my life and got 51 unchanging. I just think it's so interesting! I used to be scared of 51 but now I see it as huge transformation. Maybe with some discomfort, but transformation nonetheless.

Meditation helps one to create calmness.
The calmness carries over into the rest of life.

51 says to keep calm after a shock.
Don't get scared, keep calm.
