Moving house

A couple of months ago I moved back to a town that's essentially very comfortable and I've made some potential friends already.
However the little flat I live in, is very isolated and not very homely no matter what steps I take to create that feeling.
The owners of the flat, which is attached to their house, are quite neurotic people and their relationship is not the best either.
They don't live in the house, they live somewhere else, but the feel of the place is just not nice and even though I've Saged it and done other things there's just not a good feeling about the place.
It has beautiful views on the river and the rent is very very affordable for me but my state of mind has become quite poor and I started to feel unsafe for some reason and then I thought I had an intruder the other might because there were noises and the security light kept coming on. The police came but found nothing.
At the moment I'm housesitting for a friend a couple of streets away to take a break from the flat and I feel a lot more settled.

What do I need to know about my desire to move house hexagram 23.3.5>53
I'm not sure whether this he's actually staying stripping my belongings line 3 and moving to somewhere better with others line 5
Or things will settle down in time where I live.

So far nothing practical has happened.
I stayed at my friends place for a few days and since coming back I've felt a lot better.
Line 5 may be the Reiki I've been receiving which helps a LOT.
Line 3 Could be just an 'energetic' break from them because I'm doing things a little different around the property now.

Actually it was thanks to your initial response that made me realise those things!
