I received Hexagram 14, Great Possession (lines 2 & 3 changing) to Hexagram 21, Biting Through

My interpretation is as follows, but please let me know if you have further insights:
Firstly, Great Possession is a very positive result to me. It's interesting that I should receive Great Possession, given I am trying to leave the place I am in now, which is a location that has given me some grief due to a very loud neighbor above me, and some problems in the building that are not taken care of and have caused us a lot of discomfort and difficulty. Here, I read it as relinquishing myself to Heaven's will, to be cognizant of what is good and bad before me, and to be "timely, like the seasons of heaven" (Legge).
More importantly, when I look at the changing lines, I have to admit they fit my question pretty amazingly, given this was a question about moving to a new apartment in the summer. Line 2 features a great chariot to carry loads - I usually don't try to be too literal, but this did remind me of a moving truck! "With a direction to go, no mistake" seems to indicate that once I set myself in a direction, I should be able to accomplish my goal without a problem.
When I receive more than one line, I have understood that I am to put more emphasis on the higher line. In looking at Line 3, I see only further encouragement. My only warning is that I need to be equal to this task, as it will be a great one. This would likely be quite true since I am a single mother and would be doing this move entirely on my own while my young daughter is away. I have delayed this move twice now, but I really feel I must muster up the courage to do this given our situation.
Again, I'm not normally literal, but I was taken by the mention of a "summer offering", given my question was specifically about the summer. However, I admit it may be of more importance that the emphasis here is on making a great sacrifice, and also on being humble/not prideful. I don't see much in this to doing with my pride, but I will need to meditate on that a bit more. Perhaps I am misreading this?

I have delayed it twice because I was not sure about the timing, but also because it was dauntingly expensive and would require I do it completely on my own. To accomplish this, I will need to really "chomp the bit" here so to speak, and I believe this hexagram indicates that I will potentially run into difficulty at the beginning, but that it will be okay in the end. But I am confused about the idea of legal proceedings or justice being administered - does anyone have any thoughts here? Could this be about the laws of nature or spiritual laws? Am I potentially laying myself bare to some kind of legal problem, or might this interpretation simply not apply? The only legal thing I have going on is that I have sued our public school system and will be receiving some reimbursements in the summer.
