My Dear all,

I have a career question. I asked Yi :"How do I maximize success in my career?"

Now, I should say, during the last say 2 years, I have experienced a slump in my career as a composer. It used to be a flowering thing, full of promise and burgeoning growth. Now I am trying to resuscitate it gently and it i showing some promise, although not the full flow or force I would be ecstatic about.

Yi answered : 38.1.64

I am perplexed to say the least. Though maybe its simple... Be patient, make no sudden moves, be careful who you work for and how you work for them and tread carefully whilst seeing what emerges(?) Could it be so simple?

If anyone can take the time to help me understand my situation a bit more, I send you thanks and praise in advance..... I could be missing something after all.

With respect....Mo

PS. Dragona, you need to empty your inbox. I can't send you any messages!! Gutted.

38.1 > 64

Expand your circle of friends. To change yourself, you need inspiration from a different set. Bradford translates the name of this hexagram as Estrangement. I believe it originally meant finding friends outside the family as in adolescence. 64 suggests that the restraints on your career will then slowly pass away.

"You are your 5 closest friends"- Tim Robbins

Wow, Thanks Pocossin,

Thats major!

Fact is, where I live I basically have no friends! :)

I'm kind of ok with that to a degree. But part of me does hunger for inspiration from like-minded individuals! Hence the New York Trip! See, I was born in the big City and I'm really looking forward to pushing my career further afield!

Thats really major what you have said!! A real big "Go For It" from the Yi. That I would never have heard without your help!

Thankyou so much again!

Mo

To make success in a career, it is very important that you choose your interested field as your career path. If you choose a field according to your interest then it is very natural that you can do your work with full concentrate and get more success and money.
