Can you comment on my wish to leave my current job
19.5 > 60
Background
I have been working part-time as Chief of Staff to the CEO of a startup company for one year. This was a soft career re-entry opportunity after being out for many years. I am exploring several paths, all of which will require a fair amount of self-reinvention.
Thank you for the insight.

I think it means yes you should leave if you take the right approach to it. Will it be hard to leave the job? Or is it difficult to pick a new one? Do you know what you're looking for in your new position? I'm thinking it's pointing towards a strong leadership role if you haven't already considered that. You have what it takes to be a good leader and delegate to people. Good luck with exploring your new career! It seems exciting.

Hello;

the combination meant "yes" for me two months ago when I asked if I would be able to move out and rent an apartment within a month (I'm in my apartment now).

Good luck!

Yes if you're clever and set boundaries.
In job terms, 60 is something which regularly pays the bills.
So go for something new with wisdom (consultant?), aim for something steady.
