How can I know whether he has feelings to me?

The line and overall answer mean "wrong step which will lead to harm".
And with 28 as resulting, a serious harm.
In my previous readings this has meant exactly this, a very serious grave mistake.

So, as related to your question...
He does not have feelings for you and he will harm you.

So, the only way to know what he feels about you is to wait and see how he will harm you :-/

My apologies innertruth, I can't see anything positive in this reading although I've tried to.

The mildest way I could see this answer would be "don't try to know his feelings as you will make a grave mistake". But this is a bit of an embellishment of what I really think.

I would say that you want a relationship but not really ready for it.
Your feelings are closed, open them up, open your heart and then you will see.
If you keep them closed - you are asking for a stress that will change your rigid structure.
So, if you don't want to open up - you shouldn't have started the relationship in the first place.

I am afraid. What if i mistaken what we had. If he wasnt sincere. I am even afraid to simply talk to him. Doubts all the time. This sounds true.
I just dont think he is eager,because we havent communicated for long. I dont know why he keeps silence,whether its problems,or indifference or else..and i will not initiate contact,because i have no clue whats on his mind,in his life,maybe he doesnt want contact at all.
