To me I think the Yi is just saying that you are making good progress, at least you are trying to date and not feeling so down.
These relationships are about you as well not just about what the other is doing, if he is in a relationship then tell yourself thats not what you are looking for.
Thats his loss, but you need to find out first.

1) It wouldn't be wise to jump into conclusions out of a Yijing reading.
2) In my previous comment I intentionally avoid to state anything "another relation". I did state something hidding about another woman. That is not the same.
3) From a Wen Wang Gua perspective, 2zhi15 means he doesn't have another relationship (hex 2 is a total conflict, meaning NO), yet there is something about another woman: In 2zhi15 this guy moves against the other woman, yet his movement is uneffective. Seems like there is something tying him ... not a romantic relationship but something.

Once again, this is merely the interpretation of an answer... the answer is a model not the reality. It would'nt be wise to jump into conclusions based only in this.

BTW: In my previous comment, there are more important things to think about and discern than the possible presence of another woman.

OH, OK, I think the iching answers according to your intention. For instance, here, perhaps your underlying intention is to be reassured. I read the iching as reassuring you with 2.3 to 15 that, whatever is happening with this other person, why don't you be open to receive? and be humble?

Or maybe ,the iching is telling you to be humble in the questions you ask.

IN my opinion, it is unlikely that the iching will answer a question about somebody's private business (unless there's a real ethical need). Would you want somebody to be able to ask the iching private questions about your life, which you have chosen not to share with others?

I hope that's clear. We've discussed this point before.

Hi, I do understand your concern but I don't think the IChing is saying yes or no to your question, and rather than trying to speculate on his private life you would get much more clarification by asking questions about yourself, such as what this relationship would bring into your life, the potential for making your life better, that sort of question.

By the way, why don't you ask the guy himself if he is a two-timer ?
